balance and wellbeing
Practicing Yoga gives us the strength, stamina, balance and flexibility we need in our bodies to move with ease. Our classes celebrate all styles of yoga and flow to promote positive mindsets and lifestyles. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
strength and endurance
With a wide range of training techniques in this world, we incorporate some of the best styles to keep challenging the body while discovering where your limits are. We run group circuits with HIIT, strength, and cardio sessions using everything from bodyweight and kettlebells to battleropes and dumbbells, deliberately designed to create a whole body workout that builds strength and endurance while really getting your body moving. With each session suitable for beginners and experienced participants this is our most popular training style.
gentle and restorative
While focusing on safe, pelvic floor friendly exercises for pre and post natal, we help you build strength, fitness and confidence, in this gentle yet challenging class. With exercises targeting strength and mobility of tummies, hips and thighs, mums can feel stronger, while reducing end of day aches. Mum Squad allows mums to come together to support each other on their journeys through the wild ride of parenthood in a safe and supportive community. Children and babies welcome.
fun and engaging
Children learn through play and movement, so what better way to instill a love of fitness than to get them moving from a young age. Our Kids Active classes are based on play and fun, creating a safe space for children to be guided in taking calculated risks with movement, while keeping themselves and those around them safe. All while allowing time and space for children toget a little silly and burn up some of that everyday energy.
"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about."
